This is a cake that my children and I had great fun decorating for a summer party.  We just made a cake from a box mix, then decorated with ready made icing.  For the decoration, we used clear blue gel icing in the center to represent the water.  For decorations, we used Gummy Peach rings, Smarties, multi-colored Swedish Fish, and Sour Octopus gummy candy.
